Willorna Mendiola, an artist who resides in Los Angeles, considers herself to be a youth constructionist whose love of life, art, and music translates into the peace and unity felt by everyone she builds with. Much of her work is inspired by natural beauty, motherhood, time and earthbound undertones. Her approach amplifies the emotive aspects of sharing quiet moments in a world where the daily rat-race can often drown out vital parental responsibilities. Willorna is the proud mother of Qamar and Aqueen Lenon, and a co-organizer of ‘Baby Get Down-Saturdays’ in Los Angeles, CA at the Artform Studio now in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, Ca. |
